Poster Presenters
Please refer to the important information below if you have received confirmation that your abstract was accepted as a Verbal Presentation.
Poster Details
Notification of your abstract was circulated in August 2023, with your presentation details also included in communications. Please refer to the accepted abstracts in the bottom of the email you would have received from the Meeting Organiser.
Poster Guidelines
- Please prepare your poster according to the following dimensions: A1 size (594mm W x 941mm H, portrait style). A template is available to download below for presenters to use, however this is not compulsory.
- All presenters are required to arrange their poster to be brought to the meeting and provide to the Meeting Organisations at the registration desk (prior to morning tea on Friday 10 November 2023).
- Authors are responsible for collecting their poster upon departure from the Meeting. Posters not collected will be disposed of.
- The Meeting Organisers will not accept responsibility for returning posters that have not been collected.
Registration/Attendance
All presenters must be registered for the meeting. Poster Sessions will be held from 1:00pm - 1:30pm on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 November. The Convenors invite poster presenters to be available and stand by their poster during this time to allow for delegates to interact with the poster presenter and ask questions.
Please note, it is not mandatory to stand by your poster at any point during the conference if you do not wish to do so.
If you will be unable to present your poster presentation in person, please contact the Meeting Organiser as soon as possible.
