Poster Details:

Notification of your abstract was circulated in May 2023, with your presentation details also included in communications. Please refer to the accepted abstracts in the bottom of the email you would have received from the Meeting Organiser.  

• Please prepare your poster according to the following dimensions: A0 size (841mm W x 1189mm H, portrait style). (A template is available to download below for presenters to use, however this is not compulsory).
• Upon arrival at the meeting please provide your poster to the Meeting Organisers at the registration desk (prior to morning tea on Thursday 10 August 2023). 
• Authors are responsible for collecting their poster upon departure from the meeting. Posters not collected will be disposed of.
• The Meeting Organisers will not accept responsibility for returning posters that have not been collected. 
• Poster presenters are not required to stand at their poster during breaks.

Registration/Attendance

All presenters must be registered for the meeting. If you will be unable to present your poster at the meeting and would like to send it in the post, please refer to the below method. Please note that if you are unable to attend in person, you may register for on-demand attendance. 

Option 1: Deliver to Rydges Resort Hunter Valley

If you would like to send your poster directly to Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, you are able to via this method. Deliveries are accepted at the venue from Monday 7 August 2023. Please note that any postal costs will be at the delegates cost, and RACS/ANZHNCS/Rydges Resort Hunter Valley does not take any responsibility for the loss/damage of your poster/s. A delivery label with clear instructions must be put onto your poster for delivery. If you would like this sent back to you after the meeting, you will need to arrange collection/delivery at your own cost. Failure to arrange delivery after the meeting may results in your poster being disposed of.
