Grants Developing Nations Visitor Scheme

Applications for this grant have closed. 

 

Travelling Lectureship Scheme

Amount on offer: $5,000.00 and free registration to attend the ANZHNCS ASM 2023

This grant is awarded to a medical or allied health professional (with a relevant higher degree in Oncology or similar) from a developing nation with interest in head and neck cancer. The applicant is required to present a paper at the ASM, attend the meeting and arrange a visitation to a Head and Neck Centre.

Allied Health and Nursing Grant Scheme

Amount on offer: $1,000.00

This grant is awarded to an allied health or nursing professional who successfully submits an abstract for oral presentation at the ASM and has requested to be considered for the grant (successful applicants whose abstracts are selected by the panel, will be sent an application form to complete). The Grant is to assist towards the costs to attend the ASM. Only one such grant will be awarded at each ASM.

ANZHNCS Research Foundation Grants

Applications for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the 2023 round of research grants from the ANZHNCS Research Foundation are now open for Australian Members. A number of grants up to the value of $10,000 will be offered. The closing date for EOIs is 21 April 2023. Successful EOIs will be invited on 1 June 2023 to submit a full application, which will be due on 30 June 2023. Winners will be announced at the ANZHNCS Annual Scientific Meeting 2023 in August. Applications from researchers at all levels are encouraged, particularly Early Career Researchers and those hoping to start a higher degree, or to support start up projects in Head and Neck Cancer.


Best Overall Oral Presentation and Best Overall Poster Presentation Prizes

Amount on offer: $500.00 discount off the registrant fee for the 2024 meeting (per prize)

The above-mentioned prizes are available at the ASM, with the entries being assessed during the meeting and winners announced at the close of the meeting.

The winner of these prizes will be presented at the meeting.
