Welcome Reception
Friday 29 August 2025 I 5:00pm - 7:00pm I Foyer E, Adelaide Convention Centre
Network with academic faculty, industry and fellow colleagues whilst celebrating the opening of this important meeting.
A ticket to the Welcome Reception is included in all full registration categories. Additional Welcome Reception tickets can be purchased for accompanying persons online for $90.00 (AUD). Bookings are essential.
The Welcome Reception is not included in day registration categories. If you have purchased a day registration and would like to attend the Welcome Reception, please purchase an additional ticket.

Meeting Dinner
Saturday 30 August 2025 I 7:00pm - 11:00pm I City Rooms, Adelaide Convention Centre
Enjoy a three-course dinner and entertainment with colleagues and friends.
Delegates have the option to register in a category that includes one (1) reduced cost Meeting Dinner ticket. Additional Meeting Dinner tickets can be purchased for accompanying persons online for $150.00 (AUD). Please note if you wish to add a delegate Meeting Dinner ticket to your registration after completing your registration, the full dinner ticket fee applies. Bookings are essential.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified in writing to anzhncs.asm@surgeons.org. A cancellation fee of 20% of the appropriate registration fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before Monday 21 July 2024. Please note there will be no refunds after Monday 21 July 2024.
