We are excited to welcome you to the 2026 Victorian Section Meeting of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ). This year, under the theme “The New Robotics – Learnings from Fellowship Locally and Abroad”, we invite you to join us as we explore new frontiers in robotic surgery, the advancement of which has always been a strength of our urological community. We intend to further progress our discovery and application of robotic techniques as more and more centres across Victoria introduce this technology for the first time. 

The 2026 meeting will be held at The Events Centre, Collins Square, a centrally located venue with easy access via all modes of transport. The meeting program will facilitate collaborative discussions on robotic surgery at all phases of its use, whether being introduced for the first time in a hospital network or for those wishing to extend the scope of their robotic programs. We will incorporate our nursing meeting to run simultaneously with the main meeting, and we will also include as a dedicated joint session with our nursing colleagues and trainees. 

Following on from the educational agenda for the day, we will be hosting a dinner on Friday night for both delegates and their partners. We are planning to showcase the dynamic food and wine scene that a citylike Melbourne has to offer and provide an opportunity for social interaction in a more relaxed setting than during academic meeting hours. In recent years, the Victorian section meetings held in Melbourne have moved away from a planned dinner and we are hoping you will share our enthusiasm for good food and wine among friends. Registration for the dinner will be an optional addition to the conference registration and places will be strictly limited, so early registration is encouraged.
