Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified in writing to usanz.vic@surgeons.org
Cancellations made on or prior to Friday 18 September 2026 will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total registration cost. No refunds will be given to cancellations made after Friday 18 September 2026.
