Notification of your abstract submission was circulated in June 2024, with your presentation details also included in communications. Please refer to the accepted abstracts in the bottom of the email you would have received from the Meeting Organiser.  

Poster Guidelines

• Please prepare your poster according to the following dimensions: A1 size (594mm W x 841mm H). 
• A template is available to download below for presenters to use, however this is not compulsory.
• Upon arrival at the meeting please provide your poster to the Meeting Organisers at the registration desk (prior to morning tea on Thursday 29 August 2024). 
• Authors are responsible for collecting their poster upon departure from the meeting. Posters not collected will be disposed of.
• The Meeting Organisers will not accept responsibility for returning posters that have not been collected. 
• Poster presenters are not required to deliver a verbal component for their presentation or stand by their poster during breaks.
