Who will attend?
Health professionals working in the area of head and neck oncology including ENT surgeons, plastic and reconstructive surgeons, head and neck surgeons, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, medical oncologists, surgical oncologists including endocrine surgeons, radiation oncologists, registrars, speech pathologists, nurses, dietitians, psychologists, dental specialists, physiotherapist, anaplastogists, medical students and other health professionals.

Name Badges
Your name badge is essential for entry into scientific sessions. Please collect your meeting materials from the registration desk prior to entering the sessions.
Wireless internet will be available throughout the meeting. Details will be made available on-site.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be circulated electronically at the conclusion of the meeting.
Presenters are required to provide an electronic PowerPoint copy of their presentation to the Speakers' Support desk at the meeting at least one hour prior to the commencement of their session. A technician will be available at the Speakers’ Support desk one hour prior to the commencement of the first session and throughout the meeting from Friday 10 November to Sunday 12 November 2024.
Industry Exhibition
The Industry Exhibition will be held in the Sydney/Perth Ballrooms, Sofitel Melbourne on Collins.
All morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas (where applicable) will be served in the industry exhibition area in the Sydney/Perth Ballrooms, Sofitel Melbourne on Collins
Intention to Photograph
Please be advised that photographs may be taken during the meeting and reproduced by the meeting organiser.
These photos may be used for the following purposes:
- Projection on-site
- Reporting on the meeting online
- Marketing a future meeting, including online and hard copy publications
- Publishing in RACS and ANZHNCS publications
Dietary Requirements
The venue is responsible for all catering at the meeting and the meeting organiser does not inspect or control food preparation areas or attempt to monitor ingredients used. Contact the venue directly for all special dietary requirements during the event, irrespective of whether details have been provided to the meeting organiser.
If the meeting organiser requests information about your dietary requirements for a specific event they will endeavour to forward the information provided to the venue (time permitting). Even if information is requested or provided, the meeting organiser takes no responsibility for ensuring the venue acknowledges your dietary requirements or that these requirements can be met. In all cases you must verify for yourself that your dietary requirements have been met and the meeting organiser refutes any and all liability for any failure to adequately provide your special dietary requirements or any consequential damage resulting from such failure.
