ANZHNCS ASM 2024 Abstract Submissions
are now open!
The organising committee encourages authors to submit an abstract for their consideration. Abstracts are invited for both verbal and poster presentations. Please click the link below to submit your abstract.

Sunday 28 April 2024 - Submission Deadline
Friday 24 May 2024 - Notification of Acceptance
Sunday 21 July 2024 - Closure of Early Registration
We encourage authors to submit their abstracts around the below themes:
- The evolution of head & neck cancer care over the past decades, what new direction are we heading towards?
- Advances in immunotherapy
- Treatment de-escalation: When and how?
- An update on neoadjuvant immunotherapy?
- Re-irradiation in head and neck cancer treatment: When and how?
- How do we address the barriers to head and neck cancer care for our patients from regional and rural settings
- Meeting our patients survivorship needs; functional, speech, swallowing, psychosocial and sexual concerns
Oral Presentations
Electronic PowerPoint presentations must be provided to the speaker support staff at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. Presentations are required a minimum of 2 hours prior to the commencement of the assigned session.
Scientific Posters
All posters will be displayed during the meeting and will be available for viewing during the breaks. More information regarding requirements for the posters will be included in correspondence sent to all successful authors.
In person presentations are mandatory for all accepted abstract submissions, and virtual presentations will not be considered.
