Abstract Submissions

1. All abstracts are to be submitted via the online portal.
2. The title should be brief and as informative as possible.
3. Research papers should follow the format: Aims, Methodology, Results, Conclusion.
4. Please list the authors’ full first name, full last name, affiliation and presenting author's occupation.
5. Excluding title, and authors’ name and affiliation, the abstract must not exceed approx. 300 words (limit of 2100 characters). Any references must be included in this allowance.
6. Abbreviations should be used only for common terms. For uncommon terms, the abbreviation should be given in brackets after the first full use of the word.
7. Presentations will only have electronic PowerPoint support and are to be presented in-person on the day. Audio-visual instructions will be included in correspondence sent to all successful authors.
8. A 50-word biography is required from each presenter to facilitate the Chair’s introduction.
9. The timing of all presentations is at the discretion of the organising committee.
10. Notification of the timing of presentations will be included in correspondence sent to all successful authors.
11. Tables, diagrams, graphs, etc. CANNOT be accepted in the abstract submission site.
12. Authors MUST be registered for the meeting to present and for their abstract to appear in the meeting publications and on the website.

Paper or email copies will not be accepted, nor will abstracts be submitted by Meeting Organisers on behalf of authors.

SET Urology Trainees may submit abstracts for their clinical audit, critical appraisal, or a research project.
