Lead Generation

A lead scanning tool will be available onsite that enables exhibitors to scan the QR code on your name badge when you visit their booth in person. When an exhibitor scans the QR code they will be able to see your contact details you have listed here (name, organisation, address, and email address). If you do not wish for them to have this information, please feel free to decline their request to scan your badge.

Circulation List

RACS ID

RACS Fellows, provide your RACS ID number for automatic allocation of CPD points.

Childcare Services

ASOHNS plans to offer on-site childcare at Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart for those in need of childminding services.

 

Availability will be limited and dependent on reaching minimum enrolment numbers.

Complex Airway Symposium

A multi-disciplinary workshop on ENT airway management including post surgery, post radiotherapy, trauma and emergencies. This workshop is focused on adult airway interventions. Sessions will include multi-disciplinary discussions, case discussions and practical sessions.

Head and Neck Ultrasound Workshop

The primary objective of the course is to introduce office-based ultrasound examination of the thyroid, parathyroid, and neck for commonly encountered diseases, thereby providing background knowledge and basic skills to perform supervised ultrasound examinations.

There will be hands-on stations in the afternoon session including how to prepare slides for FNA.

Indigenous Health Workshop

Cancellations must be notified in writing to asohnsasm@surgeons.org. Cancellations made on or prior to Tuesday 20 January 2026 will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total registration cost. No refunds will be given to cancellations made after Tuesday 20 January 2026.
