Key Dates

Monday 21 July 2025 - Closure of Early Registration

Friday 15 August 2025 - Poster Presentation upload due (for meeting app only)*

Friday 22 August 2025 - Verbal presenter disclaimer forms due 

*Please note, all poster presenters MUST provide a physical copy of their poster presentation onsite (in addition to uploading a digital copy) to receive the certificate of presentation for their poster.

Presentation Details

Please ensure you carefully read the below information in relation to your presentation.

Please refer to the 'Upload Presentation' tab to confirm if your presentation has been accepted as a verbal or a poster presentation.

Verbal Presentations

Presentation timings will be provided shortly. Please be advised that the time allocated for your presentation includes question time. Presenters are expected to structure their presentations to allow sufficient time for audience questions within their allotted timeframe. To ensure all presenters have the opportunity to participate, those who exceed their allocated time will be asked to conclude their presentation.

Registration/Attendance

All presenters must be registered and be available to present in person. If you have not already registered, please complete your registration by clicking on the 'Registration" tab above.

Presentation Format

The Organising Committee have requested all verbal presentations are conducted live and in person at the Adelaide Convention Centre. If you are unable to attend in person, please advise the Meeting Organiser as soon as possible.

Speaker Support

You are required to check in with the Speaker Support Staff at least 2 hours before your scheduled session to confirm your presentation has been received, is functioning properly, and all audio-visual checks are complete. 

Electronic PowerPoint presentations can be uploaded via the "Upload Presentation" tab or provided directly to the speaker support staff on the day at the Adelaide Convention Centre. We suggest bringing a copy of your presentation on a USB drive as a backup, even if you have uploaded your presentation.

Verbal Presentation Template

A PowerPoint template is available for use and can be downloaded below, however it is not compulsory. The default aspect ratio for slides is 16:9 (wide screen).

Poster Presentations

Registration/Attendance

All presenters must be registered for the meeting.  If you have not already registered, please complete your registration by clicking on the 'Registration" tab above.

Poster Guidelines

• Posters must be prepared in portrait orientation and conform to the following dimensions: A0 size (841mm W x 1189mm H). 
• All poster presenters must use the poster template available to download below. 
• Upon arrival at the meeting, please provide your poster to the Meeting Organisers at the registration desk (prior to morning tea on Friday 29 August 2025). 
• Authors are responsible for collecting their poster upon departure from the meeting. Posters not collected will be disposed of at the conclusion of the meeting.
• The Meeting Organisers will not accept responsibility for returning posters that have not been collected onsite prior to the conclusion of the meeting. 
• Poster presenters are not required to deliver a verbal component for their presentation or stand by their poster during breaks.
